At Van der Ven Auto's in Roosendaal, we’re looking for someone to keep our HR processes running as smoothly as a well-oiled engine. Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about people? Then you might be the Junior HR Officer we’re looking for! 🛠️

What will you do?

As a Junior HR Officer, you’re the heartbeat of our HR department. You ensure our personnel records are always up-to-date, recruitment processes run seamlessly, and your colleagues can count on you for their HR questions. Sound good? Here’s what else you’ll be doing:

• Personnel Administration: You’ll keep all personnel files accurate to the last detail. From contracts to leave days, everything is perfectly managed under your watch. 📋

• Recruitment & Selection: You’ll assist our HR Advisor in finding the right candidates. Posting vacancies, managing applicants, and scheduling interviews? No problem for you. 🤝

• Leave and Absence Tracking: You’ll monitor who’s on vacation or home sick, ensuring the system is always up-to-date. 🏖️😷

• Payroll Administration: You’ll provide accurate data for payroll processing and handle updates like bonuses and overtime. 💸

• Employee Support: Questions about terms of employment, contracts, or HR policies? You’ll always have an answer ready for your colleagues. 💬

Who are you?

You’re an administrative multitasker with a heart for HR. You love structure, are a strong communicator, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Additionally:

• You’re available full-time (40 hours).

• You hold an MBO diploma in HR or administration (or a similar qualification).

• You’re accurate, discreet, independent, and ready to roll up your sleeves.

• Experience with HR systems (like Numbers or Dyflexis) is a big plus!

• You speak and write fluent Dutch and are skilled with MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
