Your responsibilities include:

1. Financial management and administration:

• Managing financial administration (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger).
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Overseeing cash flows and working capital management.

2. Reporting and analysis:

• Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Developing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conducting analyses to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.

3. Cost control and optimization:

• Initiating cost-saving projects and efficiency improvements.
• Proactively identifying and managing financial risks.

4. Compliance and risk management:

• Ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations.
• Preparing and coordinating external audits.

5. Team management and development:

• Leading, coaching, and developing the finance team.
• Facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and promoting continuous improvement.

6. Strategic advice and support:
